Rental terms at Premium Car

Rates :

Rates include unlimited mileage, oil and car maintenance.

The driver :

The minimum age to rent at Premium Car is 21 without an additional Age Differential Charge. An acceptable, valid driver's license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. In all cases, a valid driver's license issued from your home country must be provided, whether or not you possess an International Driver's Permit. You will not be allowed to rent a Premium Car vehicle with only an International Driver's Permit.

Only the driver designated on the contract is allowed to drive.

Individuals not automatically covered on the Rental Agreement as authorized drivers above may be signed on as an "additional authorized driver". Additional authorized driver must be present and may be signed on to the rental agreement at the time of rental or during the rental at Premium Car premises. Additional authorized drivers must provide a valid photo ID.

Length :

Car rental length is restricted on the period agreed on upon signature of the contract, and any over time would be negociated with Premium Car. Extra hour charges will be incurred upon failure to return the car on time.

Delivery/Return :

Customer is free to chose the pick up and return location( airport, hotel, train station..etc), as long as Premium Car is informed earlier. Use of Premium Cars on unpaved roads is not allowed except for SUVs. The driver will be responsible for any traffic tickets.

Fuel and Oil :

Paiement :

Payment can be made at time at Premium Car location , by money wire or by any major credit cards. Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants, car maintenance, car delivery and pick up, Our rates are expressed in Euros.

Insurance :

Insurance covers all risks.However, for any damage other than theft, fire, glass breakage, liability and people carried (PAI), a non-callable capped franchise remains the responsibility of the driver in the case or its partial or full responsibility would be engaged.

Attributions of Jurisdiction :

By express agreement, only the Courts having jurisdiction within the geographic location of the Renter’s registered office shall be competent to hear any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the contract. The renting company may under any circumstances renounce the benefit of this present clause of attribution of jurisdiction which is stipulated in its favour.

Reimbursment :

The rental fees for the whole period of rental must be paid upfront.
